Available and Custom Sizes

The output images from my Canon 20D and 1D MKIIN are in the 3:2 ratio and therefore are suitable for print sizes such as 12 x 8 and 15 x 10 in their native format. In a lot of cases the image will be suitable for cropping, whereby I remove some of the image to change the size ratio to match other standard print sizes. If you would like to have your print in any size not listed in my price list please contact me on suitability for cropping and provide a quote for the print. I try to accommodate all requests for a personalised print service wherever possible.

How to Order

I'm planning an automated ordering system for the future of the website but that will take some time to develop and get working. Before that I hope to implement a middle step using the PayPal shopping cart system but even that will take time to produce. Until then please use the contact form to email me the reference number of the image(s) you wuld like to purchase, detailing the size, finish and any other requirements you may have. I will then generate an electronic PayPal invoice which can be used to pay for the prints. Credit and Debit cards can be used with PayPal even if you are not a PayPal member. I can accept cheques but do require they clear fully before I place the order for the prints with my supplier.

Fine Art Print Prices

These print prices refer to photographs found in the non event and motorsport galleries such as my landscape and architectural photographs. Formats such as panoramic prints must be printed in the same ratio and therefore may require custom print sizes for production. Please contact me with the image reference to be sent a list of available sizes and prices.

* Subject to image suitability. Enlargements of this size are suitable for viewing from a reasonable distance but will show artefacts at close range. I will advise on suitability after you provide image details via my contact form.

Canvas Prints

I am now offering canvas prints of photographs. Your image will be printed on 100% cotton canvas and stretched over a 45mm box frame, ready for hanging.

Colour or Black and White?

Shooting digitally gives me a great deal of flexibility to process shots as I feel suits them best. However you may disagree and prefer black and white vs. colour or visa versa. When ordering your prints please state your preference and in almost all cases I can oblige and process the photograph to your taste. I will carry out black and white conversions for no extra cost.

Technical Information

Prints up to 15 x 10 inches are printed using Fuji Frontier 370 and 390 printers onto Crystal Archive photographic paper at 300dpi.

Larger format photographs are printed using Polielectronica Laserlab device onto FujiFilm Professional digital photographic paper at 254dpi.

All prints are rated at a fade resistance of 150 years.

Print Quality

Please note that the images displayed on my websites are highly compressed to prevent my allocated space from filling up too quickly. The full versions used for printing are high resolution images from a semi-pro Canon digital camera and produce very good prints. See information for more details of my prepping and proofing processes.

Print Options

Images are available in a gloss or satin matt textures finish. Please state your preference when you place your order. I recommend the matt images in most cases as they are more suitable for framing and have a nicer finish.

Motorsports and Event Information

I attend a number of motorsports meetings and other events during the year and generally shoot a lot of photographs at each one. I try to put most of these online but to preserve space I sometimes do not upload all images.
