General Info
I use Royal Mail Recorded delivery for all deliveries unless otherwise requested.
This offers the fairest price while ensuring the print is protected against loss
and damage and delivery can be verified.
Prices
In light of the new Royal Mail pricing structure for deliveries I am still calculating
a pricing table that reflects the size and weight of the different print products.
Currently I am charging £3.50 for packing and postage via 2nd class recorded delivery
for print orders. Gift order postage charges may vary and therefore I will have
to quote for those on an order by order basis.
Print Turnaround
I place my print order as soon as payment has been received and verified. For quickest
results use Paypal payment before 10:00am and I can try to get the print delivered
to me for proofing by the next working day.
I aim to turnaround the proofing process for an order within the 2 working days;
however this cannot always be guaranteed. Once the order has been proofed and posted
it should arrive within 3-5 working days via second class delivery.
I aim to get your order delivered within 3-10 working days wherever possible, however
please allow up to 28 days for all orders. If at any time you wish to check on the
status of your order please feel free to contact
me.
Gift Turnaround
Gift products take additional time for delivery and vary from item to item. I can
aim to give an estimate but no guarantee can be made on delivery dates. Please ensure
you order your gift product in plenty of time to avoid disappointment. Some gift
products can be fast tracked and if this is required please include details on your
order enquiry.
Fast Track Service
If your order is urgent then I can usually provide a fast track service for rapid
delivery. This will incur additional postage costs and depending on the size of
the order may require additional fees to be paid for the print preparation work.
If you opt for fast track orders I will request the print be sent to me next day
before 1pm and aim to proof it and post it so that it can arrive with you the following
day. Please include any fast track requirements in your order enquiry and I will
advice on the available options and quote for the additional service.
Packing
All prints are securely packaged in either thick card envelopes or cardboard tubes
depending on the print size.
